Harrisburg, NC – U.S. Legend Cars International is proud to introduce the next evolution in the storied history of the world-famous Legend Car. After extensive testing and customer feedback, USLCI is excited to announce that rear disc brakes will be legal for all Legend Cars in 2024, including all INEX Asphalt, Dirt, and Road Course National Championships and events.

“We expect the addition of rear disc brakes to provide a more competitive and safer racing environment on the race track,” said Vice President of Racing Operations & Manufacturing at U.S. Legend Cars International and INEX GE Chapman. “Rear disc brakes on the Legend Car will offer an overall better experience for our drivers, giving them more setup customization and require less maintenance.”

Rear disc brakes will be legal for INEX competition beginning on March 1, 2024, the same day the 2024 INEX Rulebook goes into effect. However, rear disc brakes are available for purchase effective immediately. They will be sold in kits that include calipers, brackets, rotors, axle spacers, brake lines, and fittings for $619.99. Brake pads are not included in the kit.

To place an order for your rear disc brake kit, please contact your local dealer. USLCI will continue to offer drum brake components for drivers not prepared to make the conversion at this time.
