Hawk Sports Management to represent Kenzie Ruston and Daniel Hemric

Cornelius, NC--Hawk Sports Management today announced that race car drivers Kenzie Ruston and Daniel Hemric signed with HSM for exclusive management and representation on a full time basis for marketing, endorsements, as well as career planning.

In making the announcement, John Hawk, President of Hawk Sports Management, said, "It is with great privilege that I announce a new relationship between Hawk Sports Management and drivers Kenzie Ruston and Daniel Hemric. Their vast accomplishments in their young careers speak volumes as for the immense talent these two possess. Success comes second nature to them both, and I look forward to furthering their brand and unleashing their marketability."

Kenzie Ruston voiced her excitement saying, "I'm thrilled to be signing with Hawk Sports Management, the opportunities that it opens up for my future are very exciting. I'm looking forward to see what the future has in store for us as a team."

Kenzie Ruston-

Born in El Reno, OK, Kenzie was a natural athlete as she was constantly involved in some sort of sporting event. She began her racing career at age 14, in the Bandolero series where in her first year she finished 2nd in the championship points. Kenzie raced a Bandolero for two years before moving up to a Legend Car which she quickly caught on to. In 2009, at the age of 18, Kenzie won the National Championship in the Semi-Pro division. After an extremely successful 2009, she is looking to the future and will be racing in the 860 Motorsports owned Late Model during 2010.

Daniel Hemric-

Born and raised in Kannapolis, Hemric's first ride was a family-owned Go-Kart, which started his racing career.  After having much success racing Go-Karts, it was decided that it was time to move up.  Hemric's climb through the ranks eventually led him to Legends Car competition, where the teenager has amassed some very impressive feats that many drivers before him have only dreamed of obtaining. At 18, Daniel took the highest honor in Legend Car racing as National "Pro" Legend Car Champion. Of 67 races Daniel competed in during his dominant 2009 season, he amassed 64 top five's including 45 wins.

Note: Hawk Sports Management was founded in 2000 by Don Hawk. Its first two clients were Dale Earnhardt and NASCAR. Don is now working for Speedway Motorsports Incorporated and his son John Hawk is running Hawk Sports Management.
